4 December - Facefood Workshop: Mallorca

Thanks to FaceFood, this time we headed to Mallorca, where we enjoyed a workshop introducing a selection of products and wines from Mammafiore and Vi Enology. During the event, we offered detailed explanations about our cheeses, cold cuts, preserves, and pasta, accompanied by a splendid pairing of sparkling, white, and red wines.

23 November - 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2023

The awards ceremony for the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains ranking took place on 23 November 2023 at the historic San Ferdinando theatre in Naples. The event recognizes the best artisan pizza chains in the world, organized by 50 Top Pizza, the most important guide in this sector and created and curated by Barbara Guerra, Luciano Pignataro, and Albert Sapere. We had the opportunity to accompany the 50 best artisan pizza chains in the world and to present the special Best Marketing 2023 – Mammafiore Award to Errico Porzio (Italy).

13 November - Hospitality Awards: London

On 13 November we attended the Hospitality Awards UK 2023 at 113 Chancery Lane, London. An evening of awards where, together with the CONFEDERATION by CONFASSOCIAZIONI UK, APCI-UK and the Institute of Hospitality, we celebrated excellence in hospitality and Italian cuisine in the city of London.

10 October - Masterclass Davide Civitiello: Berlin

With the great master pizzaiolo Davide Civitiello and, in collaboration with Molino Caputo, we learned and shared with our customers all the secrets of authentic Neapolitan pizza.

19 September - I Love Italian Food: London

In 2023, we participated in The Italian Show, a series of events organized by I Love Italian Food, which brings together the leading brands of Italian gastronomic products. After the London edition, the first of these events to take place in Paris was held on 19 April, during which we were able to showcase our standout products.

3 July - WAFF Lisboa

We were present at We Are FaceFood Lisbon, the international gastronomic event in Lisbon promoted by FaceFood Magazine. We were given the opportunity to present our standout products and wines to the master restaurateurs behind the major gastronomic projects in this city.

23-25 May - GastroCanarias

The 8th Salón Gastronómico de Canarias took place in Tenerife on 23, 24 and 25 May. We were supported at our stand by some of our most important customers on the island, including Oro di Napoli, Cacio e Pepe, and Pomodoro e Basilico, who prepared their best pizzas and dishes for visitors to sample. We also had Cantina Castelvecchio presenting their range of natural wines, along with a significant assortment of sweet treats from Acquaviva.

3 May - 50 Top Pizza Europe 2023

The awards ceremony for the [50 Top](https://mammafiore.es/page/50-top-pizza) Europe 2023 ranking took place on 3 May 2023 at the MGS auditorium in Barcelona. On this occasion we accompanied the 50 best pizzerias in Europe and presented the special Made in Italy 2023 - Mammafiore Award to the pizzeria Pizza Zulù (Fürth - Germany).

2-6 May - Pizza Week

Thirteen pizzerias from the province of Barcelona took part in the recently created Pizza Week (2-6 May). A week which served to showcase the quality and diversity of projects revolving around this dish.
Proposals that not only focused on the preparation and ingredients of the pizza but also brought together the entire gastronomic community: leading chefs such as Paolo Casagrande (Lasarte) and Rafa Peña (Gresca), mixologists such as Giacomo Giannotti (Paradiso), and even pastry chefs from Barcelona such as Christian Escribà and Saray Ruiz.
The pizzerias that participated in the Pizza Week in Barcelona, each with a unique proposal, were Antica Pizzeria da Michele, Arte Pizza Focacceria Bistró, Can Pizza, Da Nanni, Frankie Gallo Cha Cha Cha, Garden Pizza (Sant Cugat), Grosso Napoletano, La Balmesina, Maximmus Pizzeria Napoletana, NAP, Parking Pizza, Pizzeria Napoletana A33, Sartoria Panatieri, and Standard Pizza.

17-20 April - Salón Gourmets

The 36th Salón Gourmets event took place in Madrid between 17 and 20 April, which we attended with our own stand and fully enjoyed this unique experience that was made possible thanks to the effort and hard work of our amazing team. Over the four days, we were visited by many of our customers, distributors and suppliers. Some curious onlookers also stopped by, drawn by the exquisite appearance and aroma of della Mamma's dishes, taking the opportunity to taste and experience them firsthand. Over the course of the event, visitors were able to sample a wide variety of sweet treats, over 15 types of cheeses and 20 varieties cold cuts, Neapolitan pizza and pizza alla pala, pasta and risotto recipes... all accompanied by the finest Italian beer, around 40 varieties of wine and wonderful cups of coffee.

22-25 March - Horeca Mallorca

With the support of our distributor, Lácteos Palma, we participated in the Horeca Baleares fair on 6, 7 and 8 February- We took advantage of the space provided by our partner to showcase our latest own-brand products and the excellent wines we produce in collaboration with Caspri Winery. As an interesting highlight, we opened a 40 kg Parmigiano Reggiano from Montanari&Gruzza that dazzled all the attendees who passed by. We offered samples, and it was a huge hit...

Between 19 and 23 January we attended the Sirha Lyon event, enjoying this unique experience that was made possible thanks to the effort and hard work of our amazing team.
