This year’s edition of Sirha Lyon, one of the most prestigious global trade fairs in the HORECA sector, provided Mammafiore with an exceptional opportunity to showcase the excellence of Mediterranean gastronomic tradition at its stand 3B94, where tradition, innovation, and passion came together seamlessly.

During the five days of the fair, we were honoured by the presence of chefs and pizzaiolos considered among the best in the world, who shared their expertise and talent. We would like to thank: Davide Civitiello, whose worldwide fame brought a unique touch to the preparation of Neapolitan pizza, offering everyone an experience of pure perfection; Denny Imbroisi, who conquered Lyon with dishes that combine tradition and creativity, bringing freshness and originality; Peppe Cutraro, one of the best pizzaiolos in Europe and an icon of Neapolitan pizza; Andrea De Michele, from BigMamma, with his incredible talent; Tonino Cogliano and Simone Lombardi from Imperfetto, who captivated everyone with their pizzas recognised among the best in the world; Pasquale Yoann Mormille, with his passion and extraordinary skills; Ludovic Bicchierai, master pizzaiolo, who enriched the event with his savoir-faire; SiSi Casa Epicurea, with its Mediterranean cuisine; And Rocco Di Martino, our super food expert!

Moreover, the success of the event was made possible through collaboration with over 25 partners and the presence of our private labels, who contributed to offering a wide range of high-quality products that meet the needs of an increasingly aware and responsible market. Among them are: Mulino Caputo, 50 top Pizza, Coati, Rigamonti, Clai, Palmieri, Isabella Leoni, Orchidea, Artigiana, Alta Mangiuria, Sorì, Formaggi di Simonetta, Defendi, Biraghi, Antica Fattoria, Pizz’aria, Effeuno, Gustarosso, Rootstic, Fontaneto, Marcolino, Jimmy tartufi, Amarcord, Lurisia, Lombardi, Olea Pia, La Pil Pil Family, Le Creazioni di Giulia e Coffee Mood.

It was a great opportunity to discover more about the products in our catalogue, such as Olea Pia rosé balsamic vinegar, which turned out to be the perfect pairing for recipes ranging from the simplest to the most gourmet; cheeses from Alta Mangiuria, crafted from exceptional raw materials; and the new product from Mamma, La Pasta by Le Creazioni di Giulia.
