10 November – La Dispensa della Mamma: Berlin
La Dispensa della Mamma made its debut in Berlin! More than 20 selected producers presented Italian specialties, from cheeses and cured meats to authentic regional excellences, accompanied by the wine selection curated by Vi Enology, with over 10 wineries represented.
Among the most popular products were: Fico Blu from Alta Mangiuria, La Bufala Campana DOP, the la burrata from Formaggi di Simonetta by Artigiana, the Porchetta di Ariccia IGP from Isabella Leoni, the sweets from Acquaviva, the coffee from Coffeemood, the Gradisca beer from Amarcord, and other extraordinary products.
Making the event even more special, a group of exceptional guests brought technique, passion, and creativity: Davide Civitiello, Mirko Balzano, Francesco Pone, and Antonio di Santo.
Alongside them were some of our clients in Germany: LoveBirds, Malafemmena, Make Pizza Academy, and Spaccaforno Hamburg, who helped bring an authentic touch of Italy to Berlin.
