24–25 March – La Mamma 360 Barcelona
La Mamma 360 was much more than an event. On 24 and 25 March, at our HUB in Barcelona, we brought to life a space designed for sharing, connecting and growing, transforming it over two days into the beating heart of contemporary gastronomy, alongside industry professionals, clients and producers.
Among the key protagonists of this journey were the Mammafiore partners: Capitelli, Clai, Coati, Palmieri, Leoni Isabella, Alta Mangiuria, Artigiana, Defendi, Orchidea, Podere dei Leoni, Mulino Caputo, Fontaneto, Espresso Monaco, Rummo, Lombardi, Solania, Nero Fermento, Tartufi Jimmy, Olea Piao, Caviaroli, Armatore, Acqua Panna, Sanpellegrino, Amarcord, Molecola, Klimer and Sistema Gusto; as well as the Vi Enology wineries: Bellaria, Conca d’Oro, Erbaluna, Fattoria di Magliano, Hofstatter, Mora e Memo, Vignamadre and Zenato — all present with unique products, shaping a rich and immersive sensory experience.
At the heart of the programme, the Mamma Talks brought together leading voices from the sector: Andrea Gandrom; Albert Sapere and Barbara Guerra from 50 Top Pizza; Jesús Trujillo from FaceFoodMag; Andreu Font and Stefania Talento from In&Out Barcelona; Borja Martínez from Lo Siento Studio; Miguel Bonet and Maria de Delás from Anson&Bonet; Manuel Carreras from Macarfi; Marina Jiménez from Majima Studio; Camilla Bonati and Azucena Monroy from Unusual Crew; David Ramos from Klimeres; Alessio Cessari from Inimitableware; and Saúl Sanchez from GEM Equipament.
The masterclasses also played a key role, with Errico Porzio in the pizza area and Lorenzo from Sfoglia Rina in the kitchen, sharing technique, experience and passion with an attentive and engaged audience.
The HUB kitchens came to life thanks to the talent of chefs and pizzaioli who alternated between creativity and performance: Can Pizza, Da Michele Barcelona, Da Nanni, Garden Pizza, Grosso Napoletano, Infraganti, Marrecreo, Jiale Pan de Alondra, Marco Cilento and Silvio Ruggeri from Sistema Gusto, and Federico Forzani from Fontaneto.
And as with every great gathering, there were also surprise moments that made the experience even more memorable, including the presence of Jordi Roca, performing as Jordi Stone, with an exceptional DJ set, accompanied by starred menu created by chef Paolo Romano.
Two intense days, full of encounters, exchanges and new connections, marking the beginning of a new chapter for our HUB.
Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make it all possible. And for those who weren’t there, all that’s left is to watch the video below: 🚀
