The Sorì company was founded in 1868, in the heart of Naples, near Porta Capuana. The Sorì factory covers a total area of around 36,000 square metres, close to the Roccamonfina Protected Regional Park, an unspoilt area that provides irreplaceable natural resources to the air and the soil. Thanks to continuous efforts over the years, the company—today led by brothers Gaetano and Antonio, the fifth generation of the Sorrentino family—remains at the forefront of the sector specialising in the production of premium cheeses, standing as a benchmark in the traditional buffalo and cow dairy production of Campania.
